Pilkington Park is a warehousing and distribution hub in the heart of Auckland's Tāmaki Regeneration Precinct - and it deserved an identity as considered as any luxury brand.
The logo development was an intentional process, drawing from the geometric stacking of shipping containers - bold, structural, deliberate. A heavy typeface and striking black and yellow palette convey the strength of the building itself, while a secondary palette of container-inspired colours was applied across the architecture and wayfinding, giving truck drivers, employees and visitors immediate clarity the moment they arrive on site.
The full scope of the project spanned a comprehensive brand system - logo, wayfinding signage, custom iconography, marketing collateral, billboards, over ten unique site plans, a dynamic website and extensive IM document.
